Bildiğiniz gibi, 2025 EUROFED Lipid Kongresi bu yıl 12-15 Ekim 2025 tarihleri arasında Almanya’nın Leipzig şehrinde düzenlenecektir. Yağ bilimi ve teknolojisi alanında dünyanın önde gelen araştırmacılarını, sanayi temsilcilerini ve akademisyenleri bir araya getiren bu önemli kongrede, güncel araştırmalar ve yenilikçi teknolojiler ele alınacaktır. It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in 5th YABITED Fats and Oils Congress (organized by Turkish Fats and Oils Association) to be held in a very beautiful Mediterranean costal city, Antalya which is one of the most popular tourist destination with its sunny beaches and numerous historical sites such as Aspendos, Myra and Perge.

This international congress will give the people from all over the world important opportunities to discuss every aspects of fats and oils during high-quality lecture programme and network with professionals from academia and industry. Fats and oils are probably the most important nutrients among all foods for human health. The title of 5th YABITED Fats and Oils Congress is: “Bring Your Ideas for Healthier Future”. Some special sessions such as olive oil, oilseeds, processing, oxidation and refining etc. will also be part of the congress to make discussions on the related scientific and technological developments.

The scientific committee will prepare a unique lecture programme consisting of every aspects of fats and oils. The participants will also have chance to attend to a technical short course containing high quality lectures from very famous lecturers on fats and oils. The social programme will live unforgettable time for the guests with reflecting different sides of Turkish cultures and the city of Antalya.
